A Pleasant Greetings to all. I wish to provide a quality teaching service to all my students with the aim to achieve English Proficiency. I used to work in a call center for 10 years and was promoted to the supervisory level in the latter years. Part of my responsibilities was to facilitate several Training Programs for Process and Speech Improvement.I always believe that no one should be allowed to become a Teacher unless by knowledge, skill and attitude, she is prepared to do so. Hence, my students can be rest assured that all their learning needs will be properly addressed. I attended several Training Programs such as Basic Instructor Training, Professional Skills Workshop, Six Sigma Training-Quest for Excellence and Communicate to Influence Seminar. Keep in mind that relaxation is very vital to effectively absorb information which is why I always encourage my students to just take it easy and try not to feel pressured in learning.
