Last week, I attended a business meeting and I
met a woman named Tina Tanaka who was managing a
newly established business. I have been a sales representative for
Info-Highway Corp. for three years now and our cash cow is data
management software. I told
her the overview of our products at the business meeting and she gave me
her calling card.
I made a decision to give her a follow
up call.
Tina: Hello. This is Tina Tanaka. Tony: Hello, Tina. I'm Tony Boyd from the business meeting last week. Do you still remember me? Tina: Oh! Hi, how are you doing? Tony: I’m doing fine. Thank you. I want to discuss something further about the data management tools of our company. Are you free to talk about it? Tina: No, I’m not because I have a hectic schedule today. Tony: I see. I’ll just send you our portfolio. You can call me if you have further questions about it. Tina: Okay then, I’ll just keep in touch with you. By the way, I have to go now. Tony: I understand your situation. I’ll just send it to you tomorrow. Tina: Great.  Tony: Thank you for giving me a fraction of your time. Tina: No problem. Goodbye.
