Hi students! I'm Iza. I have been working here in Keyeye since 2011. Prior to my teaching career in this online school, I worked as a collections representative for an American company. Back in my university days, I was sent to Korea as an exchange student for a year. Having the experience to study a languange very different from ours helps me understand the difficulties that my Japanese students are experiencing. Flexibility is one thing I can guarantee. I believe that there is no such things as “generic” student”. Students have different needs and different learning styles, and so they should also be taught in different ways. That’s why whenever I meet new students, the first thing that I ask from them is, "Why do you want to practice English?" I believe that by asking that question, I would be able to guide them with their goal. I don't think ABILITY is the only key to learning. I believe ATTITUDE is more important. Being optimistic can help us enjoy the learning process. It's not enough to simply SPEAK English. It's more important to COMMUNICATE for language is a two way connection. One rule in my class: DON’T BE SHY! Here in Keyeye, I handle different types of classes, from vocabulary, news, basic English, intermediate English, advance English and even free conversation.
