I love everything about being in a learning environment with different learners. It's kind of like being on an important task -- I need to plan ahead, and perform with the best of my abilities -- but it's also intimate and spontaneous. I love the process of getting to know the learners coming to admire and appreciate them, and watching them start to embrace English as something enjoyable, useful, and even empowering. It's the most flat-out fun I will ever have, on a day-to-day basis, at any job ever in my life.
