Hello! My name is Ac Jane. I love doing things that make my heart happy, just like eating and reading. I have been in the online teaching industry since I finished college. My teaching philosophy is allowing my students see things beyond the textbooks, it is about the lessons that we get from our experiences and environment through the process of learning, that’s why I do believe with what Mrs. Blackwell did said, “Student learn best when they feel welcomed, comfortable and safe”. It is really my passion to teach. I feel fulfilled every time I see my students achieve their goals. I am looking forward to having fun with you, my future students. 皆さんこんにちは、はじめまして！Ac(エイシー)先生です。趣味である食べること、英語鑑賞、読書などのように幸せと感じることをするのが大好きで、大学を卒業してから携わっているオンライン英会話レッスンでの先生としてのお仕事は、まさにこれに値する大切なものです。先生が生徒さんを担当させていただく上での哲学は、テキストブックにとらわれることなく、生徒さん自身の観点や様々な思考方法を通して、広く深く考えたり感じていただくということです。ですので堅苦しい決まりや縛りなどは設けず、クリエイティブに言動していただいています。「歓迎されていて、居心地がよくて、安心できると生徒さんにお感じいただくのが最善の学習環境である」という言葉がありますように、どのようなスタンスや空間を通して生徒さんに接しお迎えすることで、生徒さんに効率よく生産的に英語に触れ学んでいただけるかを常に模索しパフォーマンス改善に努めています。大小関係なく生徒さんが何かを悟ってくださったり、ゴールドを達成された際などは本当に充実感や満足感を感じますし、これからも自分のティーチングを熱い気持ちで磨いていきたいです♪ 皆さんとレッスンでお会いできるのを心待ちにしています(^^)/
